Las Vegas, NV
This is a city that welcomes millions of visitors every year, and is always motivated to welcome even more. As a result, Vegas is one of the most wheelchair accessible cities in the world! The hotels and casinos on the strip have extra wide walkways and the sidewalks all have dropped curbs. You may have some trouble navigating the very busy crowds at night and on weekends. Also, the sidewalks leading to older parts of the strip are not in as good shape as the newer strip. The monorail that travels between the MGM Grand and SLS Las Vegas is a great alternative to taking a taxi or rolling between the crowds, and is fully accessible. Las Vegas can get VERY hot during the summer, so if you have a medical condition (like MS) that makes you sensitive to the heat, take advantage of the ample air conditioned hotels and casinos, and drink plenty of water during the day!
