Most people who visit Florida have a visit to the beach on their \u201cmust do\u201d list. And with good reason! Florida beaches are some of the most beautiful in the whole country<\/a>. However, trying to find information on the accessibility of Florida beaches can be a herculean task. In some places, the county\u2019s parks and recreation department is responsible for maintaining this information (and the beaches), and in others it\u2019s up to the individual city. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this post, I have attempted to compile the most comprehensive list anywhere of accessible beaches in Florida, organized by coastal county. This will be a living post, as accessible amenities like access mats are being continuously added.
